Stephen and I landed in Paris on the 5th August , 24 degrees outside....it was so exciting! I have never been to Paris before, armed with my Canon EOS 3 film camera and 50mm lens, I documented everything I saw.
A gorgeous florist in St Germain
We noticed all of these locks on the pedestrian bridge, they had names and dates inscribed to declare eternal love for one another....so romantic.
Sipping on a french Rose in our apartment, Monmarte.
Texture......I'm obsessed with it!
I loved this shop window display.
We hired a Mini and drove from Paris all the way to Croatia......what a journey...via the Swiss Alps, Monte Blanc , across northern Italy where we had a brief night in Verona before making our the down the Adriatic Coast. It was breathtaking.
Dubrovnik, The Old City
Night fisherman...tuna catch, Brela.
Beautiful Adriatic
We ate this fish......locally known as a "frog" fish....

I have never seen a more beautiful hotel in my life.

then finally back to Paris for my birthday.....
I took these photos of the Eiffel Tower with a $3 plastic camera...loving the grain and the 'old world' colours.
I'm looking very chuffed standing outside Notre Dame
it is a bit of a nerdy shot captured by Stephen but I like it!
Paris, what can I say...x
